This evening, he brings with him a stellar band, featuring:
Vasilis Xenopoulos – Saxophone
Nigel Price – Guitar

Vasilis Xenopoulos is celebrated for his fiery performances and genuine representation of straight-ahead jazz. Praised by The Times as “one of the most fiery young saxophonists around,” Vasilis has firmly established himself in the UK jazz scene since his graduation from Berklee College of Music.

London Jazz News hails Vasilis as “a great asset to the UK jazz scene,” and with good reason. Since his arrival from Greece, he has become one of the most exhilarating saxophonists around, known for his straight-ahead, high-energy style infused with deep musicality.

Joining him, the formidable Nigel Price brings his signature blend of bebop lines and blues sensibility, while the rock-solid rhythm section of Jeremy Brown and Steve Brown ensures a night of swing, groove, and pure musical magic.
